Day 28

As Dave Sees It!

As Framp Remembers It!

We left Montpelier, Idaho and headed north for Jackson “.....We got married in fever, Hotter that a pepper sprout....”. Unfortunately, we were too early to see the cowboy dinner show.

We made really good time and were in Yellowstone National Park in time to see the 1:08 eruption of Old Faithful.

The drive from Old Faithful to our campsite outside the north entrance of the Park was fraught with danger .... from bad drivers, who can’t stay on their side of the yellow lines. There were no shoulders on either side of the road.

Dave was pretty fried by the time we made it to camp.

We had a lovely fire. We have not had many because of the high fire risks in so many of the states that we have been though.

Tomorrow, back into the park with the car to test ourselves against the two legged wild life.
